The deal, in plain words

• Only upload audio you have the rights to analyse. The tool measures; it does not care whose record it is, but the law does.
• Tokens pay for compute. A run that fails on my side is refunded automatically. A run that fails because the file is not actually audio is on you, though the validator will usually catch it before you are charged.
• Tokens are not currency, do not expire, and are shared with Box Of Synths: the same balance spends on either site. If I ever shut this site down, outstanding paid tokens stay spendable on Box Of Synths, or get refunded, your call.
• The analysis is objective measurement, not advice. If the numbers tell you to buy a new amp, that is between you and your bank.
• No abuse: no attempts to break the service, resell access, or automate against the web interface. If you want programmatic access, the underlying analyser is open source, go run it yourself, it is genuinely good.
• I can suspend accounts that take the mick. I would rather not.
